Segway Tours require a 100% advance payment, according to tour price list.
Please send the reservation details in the contact us form.
We accept almost all kinds off payments, fell free to choose the one you prefer.(visa, mastercard, american express, paypal, e-gold, bank transfer, money order, check, money)
All reservations are confirmed the same day.
In case you need to cancel, you must do it one business week (5 days) in advance. After that there is no refund.
If your desired reservation date is within the next 24 hours, please check our contacts page and call our office to make your reservation. Insurance Waiver and Damage Deposit:
Our insurance requires everyone to complete a liability waiver (those under 18 must have an adult sign for them).
Each rider must also complete a damage waiver that includes a deposit of 250 Euros on a credit card.
This charge is cancelled at the end of the tour and will not appear on the statement (like rent-a-car).
Refund Policy:
A Segway tour payment is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled 5 days prior to the scheduled tour.
